pro: great product - high quality features and easy to install - i am overall happy with my purchase con: a little buzzing noise when on but just 'white noise' - price fluctuates so like a game as they have no guaranteed price policy - so only way is to repurchase then return the original to capture the 'lowest' price - be aware you have to pay for returns but relatively cheap - the very helpful customer service reps can tell you the exact price of returning any item
