Beautiful lamp, sturdy and heavy. Looks exactly as pictured ! Was packed extremely well.. almost difficult to get it out of the styrofoam! I am so pleased with my purchase and will definitely consider this brand for any future purchase of a lamp. It was a little expensive but I am so pleased with the quality and figure you get what you pay for!

I needed a good reading lamp behind my recliner, as mine had recently broken. I looked at local department and home improvement stores, but the lamps looked cheap and I thought they might break as quickly as my former department store lamp had done I also could not find all the features for which I was looking. I had never shopped on Wayfair before, but searched for what I was looking for on the internet, and Wayfair lamps popped up. The beauty of the Wayfair site was that I was able to menu-select exactly the features for which I was searching...white shade, brass finish, three-way switch, floor lamp. It reduced the search to several beautiful lamps. The one I selected was more expensive than I had wished to spend, but the quality was so much greater than the department store offerings, with all the features I needed. I was ready to purchase online, but had a question, and called Customer Service. I spoke with a fabulous representative named Darla, who checked on the response to my question so she could be sure she was giving me the right explanation. She was so friendly and personable, and she completed my order for me. The lamp arrived a little sooner than promised, which was wonderful. The biggest challenge for me was getting it out of the box. I had to call a neighbor to help me unpack it, and I jokingly called my house the Styrofoam palace when we were finished. Easy cleanup though. We put the lamp together quickly and easily, without needing any tools. The lamp is gorgeous, and obviously of great quality. Even the switch is decorative antique brass, so much nicer than the black plastic switches on most lamps. The style of the lamp is perfect for my house, which was built in 1929 and furnished with vintage chairs and end-tables. The weight of this lamp makes it very stable on my carpet. I could not be more thrilled with my new lamp, and expect it will last for many years.
