I bought two of these and installed them beside my bed. I love the look. The articulating arms are not exactly sturdy though and I try to not move them much. Overall I’m pleased with these. They are solid black and a nice brushed gold finish. Glad I purchased them.

The inside of the lamp shade is silver. The metal on the lamp is brass

LOVE these!! Needed 4 for over the kitchen counter and they're perfect. Once set they never have to move, I think if you're looking for something that has to move often it might not hold up.

I used these in a kitchen that I'm doing for an HGTV show. The clients love them, the producers love them- I can't wait to use them again! They have a great finish and look really expensive.
