Solid wall-plate and tight fitting extension arm makes this lamp a useful addition to our reading room hanging directly over my Lazy-boy Chair. Accepts a 100 Watt bulb so plenty of light to read by. The lamp we received looks just like picture, not the darker bronze option others have gotten and commented about in many reviews we read before we bought. Maybe this can be verified first?
