This is my 3rd purchase from Wayfair, and it will be my first return. The lamp arrived with scratches all along the shade despite being very well packaged. This leads me to believe it was packed already damaged, which is very disappointing. This is a high-end product & being a piano lamp, the shade has to be pristine. The lamp is being returned :(. Update: The Wayfair service on this return has been stellar! So impressed - they stand by this product and will send a replacement.
