Hinckley is a good company. My husband is an electrician, and he has seen his share of cheap lights that fall apart or are missing parts etc. Not so with Hinckley. These are gorgeous! So well made. They look perfect in our Florida condo. We also have a ceiling fixture with the same design, and it too is perfect. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Southern hospitality is what it’s all about. I recently moved into my new home and discovered that I had several Hinckley light fixtures with the pineapple as center stage motif. Fast forward to a kitchen redo I found myself wanting to carry through with the pineapple theme for island pendants. Who, but Wayfair would be able to fulfill my quest! The Hinckley pendants have arrived matched perfectly with the existing fixtures. I can’t wait to see them after installation! Thanks Wayfair!

I had been looking for a simple pendant with a little more flair for a while, and this really has it! The detail at the top just makes it so much more special that a plain rod. A couple things that kept me from giving it 5 stars: 1. The cut glass is very pretty but there is a visible seam down the side. It's not bulky or very unattractive looking, but a higher quality glass shade would have no seam. 2. The finish is listed as burnished brass and online it looks a little like the warm hand rubbed brass that is very trendy right now. BUT, sadly it is more of a shiny brass. The rod itself is not "burnished" but the canopy and stem detail do have some areas that appear to have a darkened finish at the edges. Just know this is very subtle. I was trying to match a hand rubbed brass and this is much brighter/less antique or worn looking, but it's worth keeping because of the overall style, in my opinion. Lovely and unique pendant!
