Gabby warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date of original shipment. For products Gabby finds defective, Gabby will supply repair parts, replace, or provide an allowance for local repair at our option, for one (1) year from shipment. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, modifications, attachments, dramatic temperature changes, exposure to unusual conditions, improper cleaning materials, or damages from contact with other products. Discontinued products purchased at discounted prices are sold “as is” without warranty. All warranties expire one (1) year after a product’s discontinuation.
