Unfortunately, we had to return this. No fault of the company or manufacturer. It was packaged very well and looked fabulous!

Gorgeous and of very high quality! Packaging was excellent. Truly is a stunning and unique fixture.

Gorgeous piece - lightweight. My only complaint is with the company - if one doesn't like the chain and wants instead to have a full downrod (and an artisan to do that for us), they don't sell extra pieces of downrod and are quite snotty about the question even.
