I received the wrong lampshade with my initial order. I called and spoke with customer service and a replacement shade was sent. The identical wrong shade was sent again. I now have two 4 x 4 by four lampshades instead of the 5 x 5 x 5 I ordered. I called and spoke with customer service again and believe it’s taken care of. We’ll see when the third shade arrives.
