Additional Features

• Wrought iron is forged and welded into branching, coral-like forms, so the piece reads as sculpture rather than a fixture with decoration attached.
• The textured surface is worked by hand, pinprick by pinprick, giving it a dry mineral quality instead of a flat coat of paint.
• Ribs gather into a textured ring near the base, closing the composition so the open form does not look unresolved.
• Nine lights are spaced through the frame to push illumination outward in several directions rather than straight down.
• Compatible with a separately sold dimmer, so a large fixture can also serve as quiet evening light in a living room.
