I called to notify Wayfair that one of the four products I purchased came broken. Customer Service said they would replace it at no extra charge. I left on vacation out of the country to come home to a notice that the replacement was cancelled. I now have three sconces and the fourth one broken. I feel like a little more effort could go into making it right. I know wayfair has good customer service . I’m just disappointed about this. I would like my money back on the one sconce. I have to use the broken glass and just position it away from the doorway. I can’t have three sconces and not a fourth. I’m not left with much choice. I am hoping you get more in.

I purchased a pair of these. I am giving it 4 stars due to the glass being green at the bottom. I think the manufacturer should note that in the description. It’s very noticeable.
