My complaint is Perigold, specifically the third party delivery company they use in Chicago. Multiple issues with them frim day one for several items. The chandelier itself is beautiful, well-built metal, but somehow I was delivered a chandelier that had been dropped? hammered? Someone opened the box and beat it up? broken. Sent it right back.

I adore my Paradiso chandelier, it is just wonderful.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! There was a chip in the plate that attaches it to the ceiling but after filling out an on-line description and sending a picture they immediately notified me the replacement part is on it's way!
