Twice - they did not send the correct lamp! Now, I have to package them up and cart them off to be mailed. Terribly disappointed as I had decorated the guest bedroom around those lamps. Picture of what they sent - twice!!

The lamp I received was a blue glazed lamp with a cream spackle like substance smeared on it. It certainly didn't match the online image. It was in no way aesthetically pleasing. It might have been perfect for us without the spackle and just as a glazed blue lamp. Very disappointed. See picture of previous reviewing - it is exactly what I received as well.
