Additional Features

• The body takes its shape from a blooming allium, swelling and drawing back in, so the form has a source in nature rather than geometry.
• Art glass is formed by hand, which means slight differences in the fluting and thickness distinguish one piece from the next.
• Vertical fluting across the glass catches light in narrow bands, adding surface interest to what would otherwise be a plain, smooth shape.
• A slim iron pedestal puts a tailored line beneath the soft body and keeps the glass from sitting flat on the surface.
• The linen drum shade keeps output even, so the light falls without patterning what sits under it.
