Hi This is the 3td time you have sent this shade to me..... There is no protection in the box for this and the result it was smashed and it's not round anymore.... I'm so disappointed with how and why this would happened.... I would like to speak with someone that is in a management position to resolve this problem... It's obvious that no one is inspecting these shades before they are shipped.. I will await a response from you Thank you Steve

I ordered a pre-opened product. Had a small dent in one side that popped out. A little disappointed in the color description for the product. Inside lining wasn’t as gold as we hoped for. It’s also translucent, but I suspected as much because I didn’t see the word opaque. Overall we are happy with the product and will likely order again.
