We ordered this online and were really excited. Sadly, while the box had a styrofoam cutout for the "bird" - there was no "bird" in the box, only a base. Multiple phone calls ensued. We received an e-mail from Perigold expressing regret, but that they were unable to help. More phone calls. The latest email suggested that we may receive the "bird" December 31. Another call, very confused. Paid for a lamp while we stare at a base in box wondering if we should hold onto it for the next 8 months just in case the "bird" arrives.
