Its hard to put into words how deeply disappointed I am in the quality of a lamp that (to me) is very expensive, and the fact that its being sold by a company that claims to expertly vet for meticulous craftsmanship. There isnt just one thing wrong with this lamp. There are three. The most obvious is the fact that the actual lamp part is not square to the base. Secondly, you can see what I can only assume to be glue spots between the lucite piece and the base. Finally, the antique finish is peeling off in a few areas. This is utter and complete junk. Save your money.

This lamp is even more beautiful in person. The quality is excellent and it is an attractive, contemporary look. The metal is such that it would go with either gold or silver accessories.
