Love this lamp and fortunately my husband was able to straighten the base which was misaligned.

When the lamp arrived the shade was bent in a few places. The base of the lamp was crooked, and the marble was marked in a few places. Perigold acknowledged the flaws immediately and expedited the refund process. Perigolds professional handling of this problem was exceptional. Unfortunately, the lamp should have never been shipped.

LOVE IT!

SO disappointing. I had just ordered a similar lamp (on Wayfair) and when I opened it, the white base that sits on the gold bottom/foot is crooked/twisted. It looks very cheap. I'm disappointed that Wayfair's quality is declining, especially for the high prices.
