There are two things that caused me to lower my rating. Unfortunately, I don’t want to pay extra to have it removed and returned 1. The fan blades do not touch at the base. There is a small gap between each one and it lowers the quality of the look, very surprising for such an expensive fan. 2. The dimming feature does not significantly lower the brightness. My last Hampton Bay fan provided a wider range of brightness which is not available for a fan that costs almost double. I hope that you will consider these two things in your future improvements.
