I know people complain about the beeping, but it doesn't bother me at all. We've had this fan for three years and installed ourselves (we are decidedly not handy people) and had the electrician hardwire the wall control. It really changed the vibe of our room and provides a great breeze. If there was anything I'd change would be to add a remote in addition to the wall unit and to have more lighting settings than three. That's a minor quibble. But might be too bright at its lowest for a bedroom.

This fan is gorgeous, and quiet, and we're very happy with it.

Love this fan. I bought the fan in black. I was concerned about the wall mount switch but this is not an issue and now we do not lose the remote. I like the wood blades with the black fan.

The visual design of this fan is stunning. But buyer beware: the wall control switch is glitchy, and is proprietary (meaning you can't use your own switch). The first fan I received didn't work at all. Wayfair sent us a free replacement, and that one works great now (though the beeping noise it makes when you adjust fan speed or light level is AWFUL. Seriously--who thought, "You know what would make this sleek modern design even better? A sharp, piercing beeping sound whenever you make adjustments." I'm still shaking my head about that. Because we liked the design, we bought a second fan. This one worked great when I initially hooked it up. But then as soon as I pushed the wires back in the box, the wall switch stopped working. I disconnected and reconnected, checked the batteries, etc. Still doesn't work. Again, Wayfair was kind enough to send us a replacement. But it's clear that the wall switch is the worst part of this product, and everyone should be aware of that.
