I bought this as a replacement for a builder grade fan located in my bedroom. Although I haven't had it installed yet, it looks like it will do the job.

I LOVE THIS FAN! IN FACT, I BOUGHT TWO OF THEM. THE FAN IS GORGEOUS AND ADDS SO MUCH TO MY HOME.

I am super disappointed that these just aren't as good as they used to be. I had 3 in my old house from manufactured from 2015-2018 that felt far better put together (heavier and just generally more solid feeling on the motor itself as well as the mounting hardware and blades ). Installing this fan the blades were light and flimsy and the blade arms were thin and cheap. It performs well its quiet and moves plenty of air, will see how long it lasts and if it develops any wobbling or noises. But I'm disappointed Casablancas parent company (hunter) has decided to cut corners on their high end brand, this is also the first Casablanca fan I have ever had to use the blade balancing kit on to stop wobbling. I Will be sticking with the Emerson (Kathy Ireland) DC fans from now on when looking for just a simple solid good fan.

Beautiful fan! Replaces an old one from 1984.

The fan looks and works great! The only downfall were the incomplete instructions for the install that caused some frustration.

the controller is a much better design. the old style was clumsy pushbutton control. The new controller works so much better

Last year I bought 3 Casablanca fans, a Tribeca (which has given me no issues), a Panama no light (which has been endlessly frustrating as the wall switch rarely works) and a Bullet (which is even worse and has now stopped controlling the fan completely). For the price premium of what’s basically a regular Hunter fan I kind of expect something as important as the wall control to work! And for the love of god have that blue light blink the number times as the set fan speed!
