Fan is fine, but Perigold did not give complete description which has caused me to spend more money and delay an electrical contractor project. Specifically, they did not specify down rod length. I should have called them, I guess to clarify…but still. This was complicated by the fact that Perigold’s lead time for a Haiku down rod is up to 8 weeks.

We just installed our fan a couple weeks ago and it has been amazing so far! My husband is sensitive to noise and I like a powerful fan, so this was perfect for us! It is very quiet- especially with how much air it moves and the remote and app control features are really nice. So far we are very happy with the purchase and are looking to buy the same one for our living room.

We got ours for a loft area that pooled heat. These fans run quietly, the automation works great, and it keeps the whole house a consistent temperature. You'll pay more with BAF, but you get more than you pay for.
