First, the instructions are not right for the style. They refer to a chain which this does not have. Not hard to work out but spend some time measuring and working out the rod layout. A QA asked about adjusting the height and the response was ‘no’, but this is not accurate. Minimum height is 18”. The 6” rod is required for the minimum height and then the light also comes with two 12” and one 24”. So you have plenty of options to find what is right for your ceiling height. I have 10’ ceilings and went with the 6”, one 12”, and the 24” for an overall height of about 54”. My table is 30” tall and the light sits 36” above it, so perfect for the height according to everything I read online.
Second, a mis-statement in the description - bulbs are NOT included. It takes 6 candelabra bulbs. I found vintage style at Home Depot - 3 60W LED for 10. I have a dimmer, but even so, the 6 60W bulbs put out a lot of light. Recommend going with 40W equivalent LED bulbs instead of the 60W I am using.
Third, plan on 2-3 hours for install. It isn’t hard, just takes time to screw all of the brass and glass rods into the piece. Recommend wearing gloves so you don’t get fingerprints all over them.
And last - LOVE this chandelier. It is just the right amount of bling and modern styling I was looking for. My dining room and living room are one large room and the brass fixture is gorgeous in the space.
