This is an amazing chandelier. Unfortunately it was damaged and a few crystals were missing. Of course we didn’t notice until electrician had it 80% installed. Customer service was fantastic! Replaced it quickly and discounted item generously since we did have to pay electrician twice. In the end we r satisfied.

I LOVE this light! It is perfect in our dining room! So beautiful! Easy to install. My husband had all of the tear drop pieces hooked on in 30 minutes or a bit less.
