The Caviar 8 light Cluster Pendant is a show stopper. It is an elegant and artistic alternative to a traditional chandelier. It has just been installed and I have not had to clean it yet, which will be time consuming and possibly difficult. Definitely watch the video and follow instructions. That said, the WOW factor outweighs any maintenance concerns.

This is a beautiful fixture but it has been installed for about a year and looks very dirty but is impossible to clean without taking it down. Such a bummer.

It's a gorgeous fixture - but the quality is just not what I would have expected. The globes around the meshed shades are extremely fragile - and since they need to be cleaned constantly, you'll be bound to be replacing them (at $400 a piece). The top of the shade and the globe don't have a clean interface and it feels somewhat sloppy - which I think contributes to the wiring issues - the lights are very sensitive and the connections seem poor, they need to be wiggled at times to get the lights to come on. High form, less function than I would have hoped.

I ordered this chandelier to match the 3 light pendants for over a register at my business and they are gorgeous!!!

The chandelier is really pretty, but it's very hard to clean. Those glass bulbs are open on the bottom but the hole is very small and the glass is very rough cut. When I've tried to clean inside the bowls shards of glass fill the bowl. It looks like little piles of dust inside the glass bowls. The glass isn't paper thin, but it's not very thick either. I really have no idea how to clean it. I'm hoping customer service will be able to get in touch with the manufacturer and give me some idea or suggestion on how to maintain it.
