This lamp looks much better in person. The material is sturdy and the gold paint illuminates when it's lit. A word of warning though, hang the lamp in areas where the lamp is visible from a distance as the inner components are visible when seen from the sides or underneath. Pros: Durable, luxurious, expensive-looking Cons: Inside visible from certain angles
