Beautiful fixture but so cheaply made. It's basically a crescent of plastic with very thin strips of veneer glued to it. Think elementary school popsicle stick project. I recognized the quality issues as soon as I opened the box (knew immediately it wasn't worth the $240 I paid) but it was just so darn pretty I went ahead and used it anyway. My electrician was not happy at all with the mounting mechanism. A month after install it fell and I reglued two of the wood strips that came loose. Two months after that it fell again, breaking the plastic and rendering it useless. I'm so disappointed because I absolutely loved how it looked on the wall. Unfortunately, it's now trash
