The stove that I received is beautiful but the wrong knobs are on this stove. They were supposed to be bronze but are graphite. Hoping Ilve will send me replacement bronze knobs. This is the 2nd Ilve range I have purchased. I love the brand and the induction heat. 4 years ago when remodeling a kitchen in our old house I had a 36” Ilve Magestic. - stainless and gold trim. These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven. This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo.
