The look: the most gorgeous pan I have ever seen. Conductivity: If you run hot water on it in the sink, it will get the same temperature in 30s. Super conductive! Cleaning: clean very good, some stuff instantly, harder stuff let it soak for 5 min, if you are in hurry the scrub pad may be used and it will not scratch the surface. Price - expensive. This pot is beautiful. It has a heavy bottom and cleans up nicely. If you can see the water line in the photo it is showing 4 cups of water. It holds more liquid than it looks like. It also heats water quickly on our propane stove. I hope there are going to be more for sale. Maybe bigger one. It took a while to get here because it was on backorder but I understand why. The Thomas Keller 4 qt Saucepan is a wonderfully designed pan with substantial heft. Its not too heavy nor too light and is wide enough to accomplish most tasks. Clean up is simple, and any stuck on food can be removed either by soaking it in warm soapy water or by making a paste with Barkeepers Friend. I didnt hace zny ussues either staining or with food sticking to the pan, by the way. The quality us worth the price and Im happy to have added it to my Thomas Keller collection.. Ada. Miami, FL.
