These pots are great so far. They’re very sturdy and well made. I wash them by hand to keep them looking new. The handles do get hot and that degree varies by size of the pot. That was a bit disappointing, especially since the description says that they stay cool. The sale price was really good so I decided to upgrade my old pots that I had for years. This set are amazing they heat up even and quickly on my induction stove. Love the weight and the clean up is nice. Just make sure to let the pans cool down before cleaning . I have only used Fissler cookware sets for the past 30 years and they are truly the best cookware. This cookware has a luxurious and convenient design and is made of the best stainless steel. The product I have used for 30 years is the Fissler Solar set and my pressure cooker is also Solar and I still use it every day. It is still in good condition but I think it is time to replace it.
