The stove that I received is beautiful but the wrong knobs are on this stove. They were supposed to be bronze but are graphite. Hoping Ilve will send me replacement bronze knobs. This is the 2nd Ilve range I have purchased. I love the brand and the induction heat. 4 years ago when remodeling a kitchen in our old house I had a 36” Ilve Magestic. - stainless and gold trim. I love this stove! It looks great. I don’t really use the center rack burner. So, it can be removed. It can be a regular oven or convection oven with a press button. It holds a nice even temp on the burners or when baking. The knobs have to be pressed in all the way before turning to avoid gas leaking like some older ovens. The racks can glide out for heavier items. To change rack position you just lift up. Same as repositioning. I had to look that up online. I love the glides though. This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo. The product is beautiful, but truck delivery guy was rude and refused to unbox item. Then finally opened so I could check for damage and then he refused to bring it in my house because it was "too heavy". The main feature of this series is the ability to change the look of your kitchen in less than 2 minutes by changing the color of the oven door and the kickplate. You can get a new color set (oven door and kickplate) for a really low price and change it whenever you like. Your kitchen decor will be ready in 2 minutes!

I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) .
