The large multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100 to 500° F. The 4.0 cubic feet oven cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 5 burners gas cooktop is equipped with a central double-ring dual burner with a maximum power of 25000. The induction range has 4 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3200W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.

These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven. I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo. I researched many brands before deciding to with ZLINE. I chose this brand because of the dual fuel feature, 8 burners, and a grill that can be relocated to different grates. I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) .
