The peak 2-quart teakettle combines classic stainless steel style with superior heat retention for faster boiling. Use the teakettle to make up to two quarts of hot water for beverages or cooking, listening out for the whistle which lets you know when the water is boiling.

I’m very happy with this Cuisinart tea kettle. It works well, heats up quickly, and feels very well made. I especially appreciate the quality of the construction—there aren’t any flimsy parts that feel like they could melt or deteriorate with regular use, which is an issue I’ve experienced with another high-end tea kettle. The white finish also looks beautiful in my kitchen and fits in perfectly with the overall design. It’s both functional and attractive, and I’m very pleased with this purchase!. Anonymous. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This teapot is a statement piece. Clearly the brand Viking speaks for itself and the product is high quality- to be expected. But this is simply gorgeous and will live on our stovetop as decor even when not in use. The color is so beautiful. Very heavy duty. Only concern is how easy it is to open- right now it’s hard but I believe will loosen up with time.. Aliciap. Mon Oct 26 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stainless steel tea kettle by Viking surpasses all of my expectations. It is a sleek, modern design with a handle that’s easy to hold and (no pun intended) handle. I wish the photos could capture the whistling sound this kettle makes once the water starts to boil! The design is such that the pour is easy, and just enough water comes out to make a great cup of tea or hot cocoa without spitting the boiling water all over the place. It’s clearly a well made design, and worth every penny of its price. This is a classic kettle that will last a very long time - I love it!. Janets. Fri Oct 23 2026

The 9091 kettle has a melodic whistle made of brass in a shape that has never been seen before and consists of two small vents in which the tuners that reproduce the notes mi and si are inserted. Richard Sapper created this kettle inspired by a childhood remembrance, the poetic sound of boats' sirens at the River Rhine: This is because the melody that accompanies the vapor outlet must be pleasant and not anxious like the whistle of boilers. This induction kettle is a polysensory object that will not interrupt an enjoyable break with a whistle but with a captivating melody.

This is a very beautiful looking kettle, except for the bottom connection to the base should have been a different material Because one mistake with the flame to high it started melting. Can that be correct. Thank you…. Roxanne. Brooklyn, NY. Wed Apr 05 2023

"Michael Graves kettle is recognized all over the world as an icon of contemporary design, thanks to its mix of pop and postmodern styles. To mark the kettle’s 30th anniversary, Graves has redesigned the whistle, transforming the little bird into a fascinating mythological and futuristic creature: something in between a dragon and a flying dinosaur. Symbolizing strength and fortune in Chinese culture, the dragon was chosen as a good luck charm for the kitchen.

The Viking Stainless Steel 2.6 Quart Whistling Tea Kettles feature a 3-Ply base for even heat distribution that results in faster boiling. The elegant look includes a cast stainless steel handle that is riveted onto the pot for a lifetime of security and a comfortable grip while pouring and filling. The Viking Kettle is the perfect stove top accent for any kitchen and works on all stovetops, including induction. Featuring a classic design, these tea kettles bring a timeless look to any stovetop. The kettle body and spout are built with 18/8 stainless steel that is non-reactive and easy to maintain. Because the kettle is surgical grade stainless steel, it won’t impart metallic flavor into your water so you can enjoy the full-bodied flavor of your coffee, tea, instant soups and more. A thick aluminum core embedded in the stainless steel base heats evenly, allowing water to reach the boiling point more quickly than traditional kettles. The magnetic stainless steel base works on all cooktops, including induction. The Viking kettles include a glass lid that offers visibility into the heating progress for anyone that wants to debate whether or not a watched pot boils faster. Being able to see the progress of the water as it nears a boil also allows you to turn off the heat when you want to enjoy beverage that benefits from a temperature that is just off-a-boil. The levered one-touch spout includes a heat-resistant silicone cover and can be open and closed with a thumb or single finger. The spout's melodic whistle alerts you to when your water is ready to serve. Depending on how much water is in the kettle and how long it’s been boiling, heat may transfer to the handle, especially with gas stoves. Please be sure the lid is tightly seated in place before heating. Gas stoves heat more of the kettle itself, allowing the heat to travel through the body of the kettle into the handle much quicker, eventually becoming too warm to grip without protection. We always recommend using a hot pad or other protection when lifting a hot kettle until you know how it responds on your particular stovetop. Resto products are manufactured from 18/10 stainless steel with an applied 3-layer bottom of 4 mm thick. This is the perfect starter series from Demeyere, quality without frills. Fans of traditional cookware will love the whistling kettle from the Specialties series. The kettle can hold 2.5 quarts and is made out of high-quality materials: stainless steel and aluminum. Bulbul is a perfect induction hob kettle imagined in the rounded shape of a curling stone: it presents a new way of handling this object, almost as if to suggest an invitation to play by sliding it across the kitchen surface. Bulbul reveals Achille Castiglioni's extraordinary ability to transfer qualities and functions into a project from objects belonging to entirely different spheres. This game of transfers has often resulted in the equally famous ironic dimension of many of his works.
