Ruvati takes kitchen functionality to a whole new level with this 33″ long workstation sink that converts your kitchen sink to a full-fledged workspace. The sink comes with an array of built-in accessories and two-tiered tracks on the front and back for the accessories to slide on. The included cutting board will fit on either top or lower track, so you can slide one on top of the other. The cutting board is flat on one side, but when flipped, convert into a tray with raised edges. When you need more countertop space, the cutting board placed on the top or lower track will cover almost your entire sink. Now you can use all that extra space for food-prep, or for entertaining guests by turning the cutting board over into trays and placing plates, cups or serving dishes on them. The reversible cutting board is constructed of sapele wood (African Mahogany) – a luxurious hardwood that has a beautiful finish and handles water well. Also included with the workstation sink is a wood platform with mixing bowl and colander attachments, deep stainless steel colander, which slides on the lower tier. The foldable drying rack fits on the top track and is ideal as a dish drying rack. It is constructed of stainless steel bars and a flexible silicone frame allowing you to fold it to the right size or roll it up tightly for storage when not in use. A stainless steel rinse grid sits on the bottom of the sink and covers the entire bottom of the sink bowl. The grids protect the sink bottom during daily use, and allows you to dry dishes or large pots and pans. The large size of the sink means you can easily install two kitchen faucets with it, allowing two people to work at the same time. The 10″ deep bowl gives you plenty of space in the sink. The bottom of the sink is engineered for perfect water drainage. It features a 1″ slope from one end of the sink to the drain. The sink is reversible so it can be installed with the drain on left side or right side. Nice sink. I like the curved (easier to clean) bottom corners and the 90 degree sides so that the cutout on the counter is still crisp. Comes with good accessories including a deep strainer basket and a drain cover. Because of the workstation ledge, the cutout needs to be perfect (precise to a mm or so). Ask yourself this question: How much are you spending on your new kitchen? And are you willing to take a chance with an inexpensive farmhouse sink? An apron-front sink is often the focal point of the kitchen. While inexpensive sinks look nice coming out of the box (resulting in glowing reviews), eventually their "value engineering" will catch up with them. Your kitchen is too important to cut corners, and nothing is used more than your sink. Make a sound investment with a product that has addressed glaze longevity. Fossil Blu fireclay sinks are comprised of solid genuine crystalline-silica fireclay. When paired with a silica-based glaze and fired at 2200 degrees, the two silicas fuse together, creating a new quartz-like material. As opposed to inferior ceramic sinks, which are usually hollow core, fired at lower temperatures, and exhibit little fusing, ours is far superior and engineered to remove even the possibility of hairline cracks/crazing. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and investment in Fossil Blu is worth every penny.

This WORKstation sink from Ruvati’s Roma series was designed with RV and Tiny Home customers in mind, but can be a perfect fit for any kitchen where you want to maximize utility within a small space. The sink comes with built-in accessories (colander and cutting board) that fit nicely on top of the sink, so you can do your prep work right on top of the sink. The solid cutting board is constructed of sapele wood (African Mahogany) – a luxurious hardwood that has a beautiful finish and handles water well. It covers the entire sink bowl, thus converting your sink into a countertop when you need. Also included is a a 5-inch deep stainless steel colander that you can use as a strainer or a drying caddy. The sink features a thick solid 8 gauge (5mm thick) rim all around that sits topmount on your countertop. The rest of the sink is constructed of 16 gauge stainless steel, one of the thickest steel available for residential kitchens.
