I bought this griddle to replace one which had seen better days. After searching online, I found this little gem at Perigold. It's most similar to the Calphalon griddle that I'm replacing and the price was the best I found online by about $10! Really like this griddle. It’s made nice and heavy. I have cooked on it twice so far and it heats up nice and things don’t stick to it. It will take a little getting used to that the whole griddle is the same temperature compared to gas where there are zones.
