The faucet is beautiful Having it installed today. HOWEVER, i needed a sink hole cover to match the italian brass(a small round disc that covers the extra holes in the sink). I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41. Just got installed a couple days ago. So far we really like it. It's a shiney penny copper color. Has a strong flow and feels sturdy and well made. Does splash water quite a bit more than our other faucet possibly because the flow is so much stronger. Used the pull out spout for first time today. Seems to work well and the magnet is nice.
