I can say that the pan seems very sturdy, well made, does heat quickly as stated in the advertising, and so far nothing sticks (fried chicken & potatoes, pancakes, reheated food). I have many types of pans as I am a very accomplished home cook. I appreciate good quality as well. I own All-Clad, Calphalon, Le Creusets and Staub etc. . I wanted a non stick skillet and read about the "GreenPan" . This model Valencia is a higher quality and price point but I like the durability of it. I was hoping to purchase the same model in a slightly larger size , but I can't seem to find it , so maybe Green Pan doesn't make it.. The pan is sturdy and the non-stick surface looks like it will last a while. I have used it to saute, fry and cook rice.
