The new Nostalgie range cookers are appliances that integrate professional technologies with a classic style that is always inspiring. The large multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100 to 500° F. The 4.0 cubic feet oven cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 5 burners gas cooktop is equipped with a central double-ring dual burner with a maximum power of 25000. The induction range has 4 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3200W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.

These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven. The stove that I received is beautiful but the wrong knobs are on this stove. They were supposed to be bronze but are graphite. Hoping Ilve will send me replacement bronze knobs. This is the 2nd Ilve range I have purchased. I love the brand and the induction heat. 4 years ago when remodeling a kitchen in our old house I had a 36” Ilve Magestic. - stainless and gold trim.
