Burners are true (no weird flames) and oven does what it should. I must say...the oven light...OMG...awesome! (not just because its new glass....very bright...love it!). I like that it sits on feet and is elevated...can clean beneath. Love the digital display however............ Easy to command an oven temp and the "status bar" on the warm-up is cute and mildly useful. Great preheat chime! The next level/money play would be to have a separate "active/real-time" temperature display to see what's actually going on....that would be amazing.... Final "finishing touch" would be to make the oven function selector labels BIGGER! So that you don't need glasses to read....minor point but would be valuable. We recently installed our new Kucht range as part of our kitchen remodel, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. The quality is outstanding. Everything feels solid, from the heavy grates to the smooth-gliding oven racks, and it has the professional look we were hoping for. The burners are incredibly responsive and make it easy to go from a gentle simmer to high heat. The oven heats evenly and has performed beautifully for everything we've made so far. It looks like a much more expensive professional range but performs just as well. Love this range. We were a little hesitant to buy it sight unseen but are very glad we did. Cooking surface has enough room for multiple pots and pans at the same time. Black porcelain around burners makes cleanup super easy. The only negatives I see are the burners are about 4” in diameter so cooking with smaller pots or stove top coffee makers could be problematic. I would also like to have gliding racks in the oven as these require two hands to slide them in and out. For the price of this range I can live with these“shortcomings “.. Allan L..
