Beautiful tiles look amazing after installation. Had issues with broken tiles, occurred three times, which really delayed completion of my projection. Wayfair was great with sending out new ones, but they took several weeks to arrive and in one case arrived broken again. I would give 5 stars for the tile itself, but have had a terrible time with receiving broken tiles twice now. I ordered this particular tile in different shades of gray for each of my bathrooms and laundry room. Each time the delivery shows up, 1/2 of the tiles are broken. Then they are re-ordered, which takes about a month to come in. Don’t order this tile if you need it quickly. This material has gone through a "tumbling" process to obtain a warm and antique look/feel. The edges of these mosaic tiles are rounded (worn off) and the surface is antiqued.

Purchased 2 boxes (20 pcs) 12x12 copper slate tiles. 2 tiles fell apart on first handling. 5 tiles were warped so badly that the backs rocked 1/2" - 3/4" against a flat surface. 4 had dramatic differences in thickness making them tricky to blend. I used a diamond scarfing disc on my variable speed orbital grinder to adequately flatten the backs of the warped tiles so it'll work out for my backsplash addition.
