I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. The cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 6-burner gas cooktop configuration has a central fry top and two double-ring dual burners with a maximum power of 25000 BTU each. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.

Buyers should obtain the install instructions while waiting for the item--we had to relocate our interior gas line to accomodate the connection.
