The bit I always hate about a garlic press is cleaning out afterwards. This version is easy to clean so made for a very pleasant surprise. Its handles provide a comfortable and controlled grip. The diced and mushed up garlic is a good size to use in recipes. I was concerned it may be a little bug but I soon realised this is not the case.
