So far it arrived in good shape, fingers crossed it is durable. We ordered one in same style from another company and it arrived shattered, so bummed. Not sure who dropped it. But Wayfair sink arrived well packed in one piece. Looks beautiful with Taj Mahal quartzite. We looked at Blanco, Krause and one other composite but this color was best for us. Using with polished nickel faucet and air switch. Will post how it turns out after installed. But it is beautiful. A tip, if you know you want all the work station accessories you can order as a package with sink for about $200 more. I’m not sure which accessories I will end up using and I didn’t want to store a bunch of accessories. I don’t need. So I just ordered the basic sink with the rack in the bottom. You do have to order the sink strainer I believe, and we are getting a garbage disposal, so we bought the matching air switch button, and garbage disposal closure that matches faucet. We installed this 5 years ago on a remodel and had looked at the 9" depth in the store and decided on that one. We didn't realize right next to it was the 5" depth and when we went back to order at the plumbing store, accidentally just pointed the 5" depth out in a rush to get it ordered. When it arrived, the plumber pointed it out and said we would hate it and offered to return and reorder, but we had already waited 3 weeks for this one and were eager to be done with the remodel so we opted to keep it. We are 5 years in and wish we had paid more attention and listened to our plumber. The sink, while lovely and works, is not deep enough to counter splashing when washing hands, pots, etc. and so as a result the granite around the sink is already showing signs of hardwater stains that we will have to pay to have polished out. This is the second home I have installed Kohler Riverby sink in because I love it so much! I have had the 30" version of it in my house since 2016 and it still looks like new! Keeping the included rack in the sink keeps it from getting scratched or marked. I needed a smaller sink for a small condominium I own, so I purchased the same sink in this 25" version. Having the drain offset away from the center makes it much easier to place and rinse dishes without spoons or forks dropping straight down into the drain, so I have never had that issue. It is beautiful, sturdy and the best part is how it slightly slopes downward toward the drain, making rinsing and cleaning it much more efficient. This sink is a really great size, and just fits over my 30" cabinet base. I love the lip and the colander that slides side to side. So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed.
