This pot is awesome ! It can cook a small to extra large batch of just about anything. In addition, I use when home canning so I get double use out of it in that manner. If I decide to keep something in in overnight, it easily fits into my frog because of the flat lid. It saves room in my cabinets too due to the flat lid. I own 2 of these now. I’ve used the first one for about 2 years and have had no problems. I do always use soft utensils when stirring so as not to scratch the inside of it. This is expensive for a single pot in my opinion but I was willing to pay the extra because of its size and versatility and the way in which it has held up over several years. I have an induction cooktop so I'm always looking for good induction compatible cookware. I bought this about a month ago and had used it only once prior today. When I got it out of the cabinet I noticed a chip on the handle. I have no idea how that got there but I have used it, and I no longer have a receipt. I cooked with it today and while I was washing it, warm water, Dawn detergent - I saw a small crack appear in the enamel near the top of the pot. I have used this pot TWICE. I am so disappointed because there is nothing I can do about it. I would try to return it but without a receipt I'm sure I'm out of luck.
