Great pan but already scratched. My catsitter must’ve done it. For 180 you would think it wouldn’t be too easy to scratch this. The bummer is I could’ve spent MUCH less to have a scratched finish. The Viking chef’s pan came well packaged. It keeps even heat and does justice to the Viking name. I’m building my non- toxic pan collection, it is oven-safe and dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.
