This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. I originally had the Nostalgie I bought a little over two years ago. I had a lot of trouble, such as loud ventilations fans (that sounded like an emergency broadcast signal), uneven cooking, temperature swings of over 100 degrees, not all burners working, and misaligned doors that resulted in the small oven door opening whenever the large oven door was opened. All these problems have been fixed. The ventilation fans are super quiet. The burners work great. The temperature is even throughout (baking a cake was the test) and the oven temp is rock solid (I didn't even see the temperature change at all during the 15 minutes that I was monitoring it with a temperature probe.) Of course the great thing that hasn't changed about the Nostalgie is its looks, which has always been the case and is obvious just by looking at the photo. I highly recommend the Nostalgie II - saves a lot of money over the La Cornue or Aga with just as much beauty and functionality.. Kent. Mon Sep 22 2025

Cooking is a dream now that we have our Kucht stove! Heavy duty components, precision flame and oh so stylish! We chose dark gray for our door and it’s even more beautiful in person. We’ve had it for 6 months now and have really been loving it. We just had an issue with the igniter but with the 4 year parts and labor warranty we expect fixing it will be straight forward. The range cooker has a 3.5 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 1.52 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 8-burner version has a griddle and two double-ring dual burners with a maximum power of 25000 btu each one. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.
