The stove that I received is beautiful but the wrong knobs are on this stove. They were supposed to be bronze but are graphite. Hoping Ilve will send me replacement bronze knobs. This is the 2nd Ilve range I have purchased. I love the brand and the induction heat. 4 years ago when remodeling a kitchen in our old house I had a 36” Ilve Magestic. - stainless and gold trim. The new Nostalgie range cookers are appliances that integrate professional technologies with a classic style that is always inspiring. The range cooker has a 2.3 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 2.00 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. The cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 6-burner gas cooktop configuration has a central fry top and two double-ring dual burners with a maximum power of 25000 BTU each. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.
