It is produced using a new formulation with 20% more diamonds in the coating, resulting in a significantly tougher cooking surface with enhanced food release properties. Easily transferable from stovetop to oven up to 500°F (260°C). Cleanup is a breeze with just warm, soapy water and a nylon sponge. The heat-tempered glass lid contains an adjustable steam vent for advanced moisture control.
