I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. We made the switch to stainless steel pots and pans and we have been very happy with our purchase! I was anxious to make the switch from non stick because I wasn’t sure how cleaning would go but these have been very easy to clean! There’s been a couple times I thought I burnt something on the pans and it would take a lot of work to clean, but it just wiped right off! The pans are very solid and we love the grips on them.
