Sharp knives, nice set. I was not expecting serrated steak knives, I have the gourmet serie in a set of steak knives and they’re not serrated, so the TWIN must change the type of knives these are. They’re a little more flimsy than I expected, but will suit the purpose.

The knives are sharp, however flimsy. They also do not fit in the knife holder that came with them. I'm not sure if I will keep them or not. I like the sharpness, so I might, but the other stuff might be a deal breaker!
